2. In response to the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Act, this mailbox will not arbitrarily provide your personal data to others for use without your consent. However, since administrative agencies have statutory duties, after receiving your e-mail in this platform, if the matter submitted is not within the scope of the responsibility of this department, it will be transferred to the competent department (organ) for processing and response. Therefore, your Basic personal information (such as name, contact number, contact address, e-mail address, etc.) will be forwarded to the competent ministry (organization) along with the content of the e-mail.
3. If you need to keep confidential the content and identity of your report, or consider the information security risks that may arise from the electronic transmission, please mail it to this department in writing instead, and please add the word “confidential”.
4. In addition to other restrictions set forth in these Terms of Use, you agree that:
a. You shall not disguise the origin of information transmitted through the Website.
b. You will not place false or misleading information on the Website.
c. You will not use or access any service, information, application, or software available via the Website in a manner not expressly permitted by NDPP.
d. You will not input or upload to the Website any information which contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, the Website or Information or that infringes the Intellectual Property (defined below) rights of another.
e. You may not use or access the Website or Services in any way that, in NDPP’s judgment, adversely affects the performance or function of the Systems, Services, or the Website.
