The Public Financial Management in collaboration with the Procurement Directorate conducted a two-day sensitization program on “Government Payment Processes and Withholding Tax” for suppliers/ Vendors. The sensitization focused on critical matters regarding the existence of Complain Review Board (CRB), GPPA Act and Regulation that govern procurement procedures to be followed and for suppliers to avoid issuance of goods & services without local purchase order (LPO) this causes the accumulation of arrears for government and late payment to vendors.
